Villa 1010 Swimming Pool Notice:
1. Swimming Pool is not monitored by any life guard at Villa 1010, please use at your
own risk.
2. Diving, running, flips, pushing, pulling & acrobatics in and around the swimming pool
is not
allowed.
3. Children (below 12 years) without adult supervision are not allowed inside or near
the
swimming pool.
4. Glasses, bottles, plates and consumption of any kind of food and drinks are not
allowed near or
inside the swimming pool.
5. Littering is strictly prohibited and any cost associated with cleaning of the
swimming pool as a
result of littering will be charged to the guest (@ INR 6500 per instance)
6. Swimmers must wear proper bathing suits/swim suits to use the pool. Casual shorts and
jeans
are not allowed inside the swimming pool.
Villa 1010 Notice:
1. Check in timing : 1230 hours.
2. Check out timing : 1030 hours (This cannot be extended at any cost).
3. Breakfast timings : 0800 hours to 1000 hours.
4. Lunch timings : 1300 hours to 1430 hours.
5. Dinner timings : 2100 hours to 2230 hours.
6. This entire premise is under CCTV surveillance.
7. Every adult guest must possess a valid photo identification & address proof in
original (PAN
Card/Aadhar Card/Voter ID Card/ Passport/Driving License).
8. Taking visitors to the rooms is strictly prohibited. Visitors are not allowed to use
any amenities
of Villa 1010 which are meant for Guests. Visitors can only be met in the lobby.
9. Any activity inside the Villa 1010 is self-monitored beyond 2230 hours up to 0600
hours, by the
Guests only.
10. Please keep your vehicle, cash, jewelry& valuables safely at your own
responsibility.Villa 1010
management will absolutely not take any responsibilityof such valuables whatsoever the
case
might be.
11. During power cut all electrical gadgets including AC can be operated as Villa provided
High end DG
12. During the check-out process, rooms will be inspected for any breakage & damages. If
any such
breakage & damages are found then appropriate repair/replacement charges will to be paid
by
the Guests.
13. Please switch off TV, lights (bathroom &bedroom) & AC when not in use.
14. Please do not leave behind a running tap. Save water, save planet.
15. Please do not wash your clothes in the bathrooms or swimming pool.
16. Loud music (As per Honorable Supreme Court guidelines) beyond 2200 hours is strictly
prohibited.
17. Villa 1010 management does not serve foreign or local liquor inside the premises.
18. Possession and consumption of any Illegal drug is strictly prohibited.
19. Possession and use of any kind of firearm is strictly prohibited.
20. Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the room and bathroom. If any evidence of
smoking is
found (which includes fumes or smell) then cleaning charge (@ INR 4500) will be charged
per
room.

Note :
(1) Please check your rooms before occupying and if you notice any breakage or
nonfunctioning of
appliances/electronics/electricals then bring this to the notice of the management
within the
first 30 minutes of occupation. Any such faults reported after 30 minutes will be
assumed to be
Guest related and will be chargeable as appropriate.
(2) In case of any suspected unlawful and illegal activities, the management will have
the right to
inform the police and appropriate authorities for legal/criminal action as applicable.
(3) Villa 1010 will not be responsible or liable for any damages, injury, accident or
fatality
(irrespective of cause) affecting the guest and their members and family during their
stay in the
Villa
